My enthusiasm has warned now. But I can see the end. Couple more weeks and shouldn't be far off. Having a digger makes life easier, lifting up tiles and battens etc.

The face is proper original medieval. I was working at a house next to a church. There was an old stone wall I was altering and they had used this head but with the head buried in the soil at the back, I was digging it out with the digger :p
It would have been on a wall next to a door as you can see it's looking at you as you enter

Sad day today. The property got done over Saturday night. Good news is customer didn't have anything taken, bad news is, I got stuff taken. Stihl saw, nail gun, chainsaw and dewalt drill set.
The only good thing was i had swapped my new stihl saw with my older one, also my mates hilti sds 110v drill was there and not taken also my rotating laser level was not taken.
The customer wants to buy me the dewalt drill set.
So ii could have been alot worse.

Yes mate got the quoins for the stable and the walling for the other job off Barry. That walling stone is great stuff, cheaper than bricks. Cheers

We had a mini digger go 2 weeks ago it was hired and thankfully we have hired in plant insurance or I would be facing a 10k bill last know location next to a scrap metal yard and travellers camp, trackers are good as long as you have members of the SAS on tap

I have got tool insurance up to £500 per item with FMB but they must be under lock and key
the plant hire insurance is a must,where do you get your pete?
