Tactical slow destruction is what will happen. With a probably knockout. Conner will be lucky to hit him. I've done a bit of boxing and flicked 10,000+ jabs and this guy will have flicked 1,000,000 jabs. The speed and power and movement reflexes he will have developed will eclipse conners much more varied fighting repertoire.
Conner's the better all round fighter no doubt. But this is like a rally car against a formula 1 on a formula 1 racking track. No chance.

Agree to an extent. But lucky to hit him? I wouldn't be so sure about that comment. This guy acts like a show pony and a bit of a lout, but he's a skilled fighter and I'm sure it'll be better than expected. I can't imagine he'd rest easy with embarrassing himself. I expect he's been training hard and is taking it seriously.Forestboy1978 wrote:Tactical slow destruction is what will happen. With a probably knockout. Conner will be lucky to hit him. Saying that, still expect Floyd to win.

Slight exaggeration perhaps but I'll stand by the fact I think Conner will connect 2 or 3 good punches in the whole fight.MrT wrote:Forestboy1978 wrote:Tactical slow destruction is what will happen. I have a tenor for connor to win only because its better odds but I do think the fight is a farce ... similar to when ali fought that wrestler in 1976

Me and my Mrs are watching the fight. She's Filipina and hates Mayweather cos he beat Pacquiau. She also likes seeing me proved wrong (it's rare ) . In this case I have money on Mayweather cos I'm not an idiot and my labourer has a big gob shite mouth yet I am routing for Conner cos Mayweather is a prick. If my preferred choice wins I lose 50. If that twat wins I win 5.
Not really the best predicament.
