Paving block sizes - Can't get these blocks anywhere?

Rialta are long gone (although I saw some particularly well laid ones in Hull last week), and so is the commercial version, the cunningly named Altira.
However, neither Rialta or Altira came in the sizes you quoted. They were 165/140/110 x 110 x 60mm deep with a distinct nipped-in 'waist'.

Laid some rumbled end of last year they were nowhere near as rounded as that. The finish is also a lot better than those pics I know those are weathered and old but the make up of the blocks isbt as Stoney.
How many meters are there already laid? And us it still in good condition levels wise, so no dips/sunken parts as it could workout cheaper to relay the old and new part with standard blocks
