Morning all. I know this question must have been posted numerous times but I can't seem to find a definitive answer.
I have a recently laid (6 months ago) a block paved patio (in Autumn gold) and I am looking for a sealer to apply to it?
I am looking for a matt/low sheen finish and wondered if anyone could advise on the best sealer to use? I need about 25lts and have been looking at the Resiblock superior but it seems to be quite expensive! Is there a slighly cheaper option that will do a good job? Any advice would be appreciated.

Good Morning John
You are correct; Resiblock Superior is probably the most expensive product on the market, and for good reason. It is the only paving sealer in Europe that gives a No Oil Stains Guarantee.

Manufacturing an inexpensive sealer is very simple process, one only needs to use a cheaper base polymer or add a higher volume of diluent (usually xylene or water).

That being said as a company we realise that Resiblock Superior can sometimes be an over-specification and it is for this reason we produce Resiblock Trade (a solvent free urethane/acrylic hybrid), which I believe is one of the most competitively priced sealers on the market.

PM me and I will happily send you a sample with my compliments

No problem - RRP is £18.26 +vat, but I am sure you can get your local builders merchant to give you a discount on that
