why a 4" grinder, we use the TS 410 for all thickness of paving including the 20mm sawn

Mainly because I didn't have to use a big disc cutter mick. The little grider did the job without me getting back ache bent over cutting the flags on a pallet all day.

Also with the thin blade on the grinder I managed to cut a line good enough so that I could use the off cuts without trimming them

large treatment plant, we lost it once as ground water got ahead of us, 6in pump on ground water 6in pump filling it up but the backfill pump was not as fast as ground water

before anyone asks sheets was not a option as was solid chalk

when it poped up 1/2 full water the small pump was to empty tank,very stressfull day £5000 tank at risk of breaking its back

start to housing job 6 house we doing all groundwork
Van Ellle did all piling and precast units

pre-cast beams craned in 6 houses in 1 day 80t crane 6 lorry loads
i personalyl dont like the system as it need soil excavating 800mm below top of beam 600mm wider than the beams has made a lot of back fill issues around out side,but 6 house done pilled and beamed in 3weeks


steel cables hold it all togher and are tensioned by hydraulic device

finished tensioned footings,but you can see size of eccavation 150mm beam and block and 170 screed and insulation so its along way down

Flood wall on north norfolk coast, last winter tide took old wall and garden to sea, 8ft water
this is footings 1.2m wide base most oversailing garden side to stop water tipping it over 600mm l bars tied in A252 mesh with a brick wall both sides filled with A252 and 100mm rc35/45

nice work mark love a bit of concrete and rebar, you should got some of those timing guns I've got they really speed speed things up

Wouldn't it of been quicker and cheaper to of got bob bars for the edges instead of paying 3 men 7 hours work bending mesh?

they are L bars Sean, its all cut and bent with flat mesh sheets,no mesh has been bent....
3 fixers tied all the beams there was 130 splice bars to the mesh,300 L bars , 500 links +t16bar and t30 was biggest
i could have done it but leave it to the guys who do it best MSH

also surprised to see groundwater running out of chalk,normally chalk is permeable
