Two years ago in Angola, I entered a competition with three other expats to find out who could lose the most weight in two months...
We weighed in and I was 104KG. Seven weeks later I was 93KG. But then a mate from South Africa came up and after a week of boozing with him I was 96KG and drew with a guy who had weighed in at 77KG and got down to 69KG.
We are starting another competiton tomorrow... I have not had a shit today...
Any ideas on how to subtley increase my mass to aid my start tomorrow?
