went down the joke shop today to sign on .come across this little beauty .dont all rush at once . exp groundworker req wilmslow. must have previous exp of digging footings and be able to use mini digger and good knowledge of moving underground drains . must have own transport too . wages 5.93 a hour . 5 days out of 7.

If the advertiser doesn't state a wage then the person typing up the add has to say it's at least min wage I doubt thats what he's paying.

thats right pablo they usually write meets national minimum wage .on that one it says £5.93 an hour

spoke to some lads sunday in the pub and they are working on a big site in luton for a kier
brickies £11 P/H , hoddies £7 P/H before tax.
I was getting that sort of money 20 years ago,its all gone wrong on big sites

Lots of work in Coventry. Had a drive round today, there's a site adjacent to one I worked on a couple of years ago in full swing, 1700 house was the rumour at the time for Bellway.
Big tech going up in the city centre for Kier and remedial works on mothballed sites starting up all over.
Couldn't believe it. :0
Never worked for under a tenner an hour , then I moaned like buggery about travelling etc. Sit tight, there's something in the ether

jobs of the day .enterprise are looking for reinstators and gangers 100and120shift (sorry chris no email adresses in posts) between stoke and brum. worst job of the day wait for it hodcarriers wanted £6 an hour in the city of london (unbelievable).
