I buy quite a bit of my diy stuff there.
Sometimes from my local store about 7 miles away or buy it online as next day delivery is free.
They seem ok to me.

yep have been using them for a long time long opening hours (at local branch) internet/phone and post if not in rush. prices reasonable on most stuff, better than i can get at a builders merchant, being a diyer.
put several colleagues on to them, one who now uses them quite a bit as out of work he is an odd jobber/white goods repair man.
To the best of my knowledge the company was started by the people who use to own screwfix before they sold it b and q (and it became cr*p) they have now been going a while and obtained financial backing from the group that own tp and wickes.

Got my first pair of worker trousers with inserts in the knee for pads, quite good, loads of pockets. Inside packing is voucher with 15% off online purchase. Next purchase will be multi pocket work coat. I'm impressed.
