Finally got my copy of the book :)

Rather than go to Amazon I paid full price for mine and got it from Foyles in Charing Cross Rd but in hindsight I should've got it directly from the gaffer.

better to buy it from the gaffer direct as at least he gets summat out of it that way
when amazon sell one he gets about thruppence ha'penny a book
i always try and keep money in the circle if that makes sense

Yep ,you can buy it from Amazon, but felt a bit better buying it direct .

Very clear read, well laid out and no junk to wade through. Straight to the point. Best buy in weeks (even after buying Tony Blair's 'Journey')

Nope, prime read that Blair book. He royally hangs out most of the labour party for what they were. Fair play to him.
