when I looked at the 3 network 18 months ago the salesman said if there was no 3 network coverage the phone would switch to the orange network (which did or still do own 3). my orange phone switches between 3g and normal based on what is shown next to the signal strength bars

t mobile, but the coverage in buildings can be occasionally a bit ropey. basically when the lads on vodafone have 2bars.

Staying on Virgin - worst coverage round here - never wanted this electronic tag in the first place...
Serious tho - in our black hole, at the pub, up in the Chilterns - the onlypeeps who get a reception, seem to be on O2.

Never said you didn't - you're right on the end, in that funny dip - I only know this, 'cos we have 3D relief map in d/stairs bog - "made in 1964" - MK doesn't exist... Luton has always been strategic. Since the Anglo-Saxs.. ?

i have an atlas from '68 and milton keynes is just a village,no sign of the m25 either!
the chilterns have always been a feature of going to work for me
up down, up down, up down
i couldnt imagine living in a flat area TBH although ours are hills not mountains
IIRC our old geography teacher said if the world was flat you could fly in a straight plane from luton to the urals in russia as everything east of luton is effectively flat, its what made it easy for adolf and his war machine to move fast

There are only four mobile phone networks in the UK - all the others just buy space off the big four.
Orange, O2, T-Mobile, Vodaphone and 3
Yes, I know that's five, but two of them have just merged!

t mobil and orange by any chance?.
Always as for more minutes at a cheaper line rental than before rather than a handset (bought a load of motorola's a few years ago) and this year they said no. ???
