Hi, got a job to look at approx 40m2 of walling, not sure if its
dry or mortared yet, its been a while since i have done one this size. most of it is 600mm high on a steep slope.

i'm after a rough idea on time, i reckon 3 weeks for a dry stone.including digging out? i do remember a bit of head scatching.

cheers for any help.

Most masons work off £100m2 give or take plus materials and prep.

depending on materials
I have done a couple of knapped flint walls and jeez they are slow
more like £150 per metre labour
is the walling coursed or rough leather?
dry or mortared makes a massive difference
