my local back home is royal oak on strines road, our mates just taken it over ex groundworker turned it into a reyt good pub with food etc. before he had it i'd never been in ever or my dad he's lived there 40+ years amazing what a change of landlord can do for a pub.
local in sheffield is sheaf view thats a great pub, but moving end of month so local will be psalter (a barracoda chain pub
