anyone know how ian got on?
Hi guys, only got home at 7.30 last night to be instantly whisked out for food til past 11 - then absolutely shattered when home so straight to bed.
Anyway - 2.11.32 - I only managed that time because I knew that if I stopped running then my knee wouldn't let me start again - it's absolutely shot right now!
Thanks to all of you for your support, honestly it was what got me through!
