Hi, I know my first post must have annoyed a few people (sorry msh, had been drinking).

When we bought our house it was a new build, I spoke to the Ground Workers over a period of time about how to build a patio etc, they gave me 12t mot type1, 24t top soil the Foreman even came round to set out the levels for me with a laser. As LLL will agree a good Celtic man, 3 cases of Tennents latter. We have the perfect back / front garden, I must be one of the few 60m2 driveway owners who had the help of a 15ton tracked JCB.

The point is if you buy a new house speak to the Ground Workers, They will generally help you know end and they take a pride in their work.
