Any contactors out there ever advertised on yell.com?
Did you get alot of leads?

i tried it out for the crusher hire business. Waste of money. In fact, the yellow pages ad is a waste of money too. not had one hire from it in the four years of advertising! scrapping it next year

sorry to hear that. just got a 60 day free trial on yell.com.
had same experience with yellow pages book.
nearly a grand for two ads they messed one up and put my home phone number on it.
had about 6 calls all year:(

yellow pages was a no goer for us,on;ly ever got time wasters after comparison quotes

We picked up a large groundworks job when the original contractor couldn't satisfy the client at the outset of the works some time ago.

Always ask the customer where they found us - mostly it is word of mouth, the best form of advertising.

Save your money,and use it on local advertising yell is a waste they cover to big area MSH :)

Set up a google ads campaigne instead, you can keep it local (10,20,30 mile radius).

You have a better chance of quality leads

All I got of Yell.com was people trying to get biz of ME.
Not one call of yellow pages in one year.
Never again.
