Thought id decorate the missus sons room while he was away. got one of those roller thingy;s you fill up. Not bad but the weight of paint in there ( a litre ) started my hands aching again ( don't start flowjoe ) Also painted in bare feet and cut one of them then stood in a paint spill. Now my foot has split and is sore so now I'm limping. Missus got up about 3.00 am to check the work ( as they do ) sat up and watched tele with just a towel around her with no heating on ( thyroid. ) came back to bed and wrapped her arms around me , aaarrrrgggghhhhh!!! feckin freezin. in the struggle to get away her knee came up, well you can guess the rest I'm typing this with a bag of frozen peas in me undies  the 14 yr came back, moaned because he couldn't get in his room, er indoors threw a wobbly kicked him out till hes calmed down. to top it all used dark wallpaper but didn't use dark under colour on walls so can see the seam now its shrank a ml. also it was my birthday weekend. wish i had a dog so i could kick it

mother in law has moved closer to us.. and guess who's just been volunteered to completely redecorate the new place...wouldnt mind but she has enough people in her immediate family to do the work...seems only I can spare the time.. thats' according to her indoors... and well, at least I have an excuse for stopping off at the pub on the way home:D
