As a member of BNI, we get a lot of visits from firms who do on-line directories like 'bestof' and all of that. I don't bother with them but a mate of mine has started one based on customer feedback 'points' which I think is a nice idea.
He's put his not-quite-finished site up to get some feedback for himself. I've put quite a lot of input to it from a trade's viewpoint (him being a desk-jockey) but I'm interested to know what you might think
