L200 - dead reliable and a really tough suspension.

The L200 cannot tow as much as the Nissan Navara. Also, the Nissan has a lot more power. You can really feel it when you drive them back to back. They are about the same price.
The Ford Ranger is cheaper and it shows.
The Toyota is expensive but if you intend to keep it a long time, it will pay for itself in how reliable they are. But they still rust. You must look after the body work on the Toyota.
HTH. Cheers Carl

Nissan Navara. No contest. Sorry, but I have tested them all, and spoke to lots of people about this. There is a new navara out soon, and it is awesome!
Ford. No no no. I'd rather walk.

We have been running Ford Ranger XLTs for over a year now and they are very good, standing up well to the competition. With sweet engines, producing plenty of power and torque. Fuel economy is reasonable. The only complaint is that the rear suspension is too bouncy and like all crew cabs the pickup space is a compromise. Don't dismiss the Ranger!

I reckon you need to reconsider your chosen text colour, RMS - almost impossible to read that last post!

I think you're right Tony!
Where do I go to edit my text preferences?
I just want to compliment you on an excellent site and forum.
When looking at the time it must take to keep on top of things, I think that you should look at adding a business directory section (with paid entries). This is only fair to cover your time!
Well done, and wishing Paving Expert continued success for the future.

Near the top of the page, on the green bar running across, on the LH side should be a link to "Your Control Panel". That gives you access to all sorts of options such as text size, colour, adding a 'sig' and all that sort of palaver.
