Following on from the health problems that kept me away from the Brew Cabin for a good part of the summer, I'm going to be limited in my attendance for the rest of September.
I've had another health scare this week, which laid me low for 4 days, and now I'm off to Ireland to promote some training ideas and programs that county councils are possibly keen to fund. I'm back next weekend (12th), but then later that week it's the Garden Design summat-or-other and I've promised to help a mate with promotion. As soon as that's finished, it's the annual GLEE big bash in Birmingham, (Sept 18-20) which means me being away from Borlochs Hall for another few days. Then there's CityScape (can't promise to be there, but I will if I can afford it) and on the 26th, I've been granted the grand tour of Formpave's new block making plant in Gloucestershire, coupled with a tour of quarries and flagstone distributors in Lower Britain.
If that lot doesn't kill me off altogether, I'll be back to what passes for normal by the end of the month. I keep being told by the medicos and Mrs Taz that I should "take things easy", but I work on the principle that you're a long time dead, and I'd rather do what I can while I can, and then I won't be able to complain when they finally do manacle me to the wheelchair and feed me through a straw.
I'll try to pop in for a brew as often as possible during my peregrinations, but I might not always be able to provide the sort of comprehensive answers I've been churning out for the last few years. Bear with me.

I fancy having a go at that oil-stained patch on my drive one weekend before winter - not only does it need doing before George Bush invades me, I thought it would give me a chance to set up that fancy Danish Screeding system I've been meaning to trial for the last god-knows-how-long.
I'll give you a call when I get back from Ireland.
