Yes Amy, My vote is for more my ladies. Some the ladies do great detailed creative work, espscially when laying and working bent over on there knes. If there ar any lass avaible in the USA , Come on over Joint ventures are prefered.

Our newest member of staff is a lady and not your Little Britain type of "I'm a lady".
Donna joined our Technical Support Team this year and she is good for 2 main reasons (stop it!) -
1. she's good at her job
2. she's a woman in a man's industry
