There's a problem with the member profile database which is responsible for this error. The only answer seems to be to upgrade to a SQL database. However, I've no experience with that type of database, so I'm busy reading up about the hows, whys and wherefores before taking the plunge.

My eldest is 21 at the end of this month, has never so much as lifted a block paver in her life and yet she's still trying to bankrupt me! :laugh:

The 'reverting to guest' thingy... I might be being stupid, but have you got your cookies turned on? If not, that might explain it.
Also, I see that I'm a 'barrower'. What's the pay like? Can I get promoted?

It's not a cookie thing - it's a shite database thing, and I'm definitely going to have to upgrade to a mySQL database, apparently, or more of us risk being dumped by the system.
Barrowers don't receive any pay, but they are allowed to eat the rind from me bacon butties, and can sit in the front seat of the van two days a week.
