Slight internal works needed:
Moving of a door, so brickwork and a new lintel would need to be put in. Along with the door frame, and door of course.
Moving of a window.

2.
Whole of the outside of the house needs to be rendered.

3. Internal works would then need plasterin, with a skim finish.

Anyone got any recommendations?

Potters bar area. So anyone from barnet, cheshunt, goffs oak, cockfosters etc.

First thing to do is to find out if the house is built with cement mortar or lime mortar. If its lime mortar you don't want to be using a cement render on it.
