Hi,
I wanted to lay porcelain tiles up to the conservatory walls to stop water from being trapped in-between the tiles and walls, but due to the fall (1 in 60) required it will be just below the top of the conservatory foundation . See photo below
Can I remove the top part of the foundation or will I just have to adjust the fall?
Thanks

That is a classic example of a bargain basement foundation that they get away with because there's no building control over conservatories. Too shallow, too narrow, shockingly untidy!
It's rarely, if ever, a good idea to interfere with foundations - you are, literally, undermining the whole structure, but.... with this comedy construction, if you were to use a cut-off saw to make a nick, say, 20mm deep as tight to the bwk as possible, and then *carefully* chisel off that excess, you would probably not be compromising that farce too much.
