Can any clever person out there help me

Can you tell me where I can find out, or perhaps you know

The effect, if any, of vibration from following est number of Vehicles that are due to be rerouted past old houses with no foundations ( 2 storey, single storey and 3 storey with wet cellar) over 30 day period. Nearest properties approx 30 feet from passing HGVs, no boundary wall or fence, road surface has been core and cbr tested and has stable sub base approx 110-120mm hardcore and 0-10mm tarmac and is approx 3m wide

15.4m Articulated 182
10m Rigid 80
Front End JCB by low loader
(At least 85 will definitely weigh 40 tonnes the others will range from unloaded weight to 40 tonnes)
Plus number of smaller vehicles such as the collection of skips for waste management, the transport of 50 construction workers daily and sub-contractors vehicles

Will the houses still be standing at the end of this? Or will itbe a case of there was crooked house !
Many thanks

:)

you need to employ a specialist structural engineer for this, especially if you are planning on going to court. plus there would need to be a full site investigation of the houses and their current state etc

i can give the name of a guy if you need it?

im guessing though that it'll be your responsibility to make your house safe by underpinning etc rather than the responsibility of people using an established right of way
