as part of the layout of the garden project, I'm needing to run electrical ducting underground parallel to the intended location of a mowing strip on the edge of a lawn.
To save digging, I'm considering the pros and cons of putting the duct beneath the mowing strip.
I'm trying to think of a reason why this would be a bad idea, the only one I come up with is if I'm overzealous with the foundation for the mowing strip, and future garden-wreckers get too carried away hacking concrete and miss the warning tape layer that'd be not far beneath it.
Can anyone think of a better reason not to do this, or is it actually quite a good idea?
