Yes I know the boss's views on decking but this is a bit different.

Last week I ripped up an old 12m2 wooden deck on a balcony and replaced it with this UPM Profi Composite Decking. It cuts same as wood but installs so easily with T clips and stainless steel screws, so no screwing through boards. It's not cheap though, about £50/m2, but fairly maintenance free, just needs a wash occasionally.

I know it's not everyone's taste but thought some might be interested in the right environment.

Very neat. Nice consistent board spacing. Unlike bloody wood which, when I put some down recently with 7-8mm gaps, opened up to 12mm+ once the sun had finished with it.

I like it. Get a few pots and a bit of furntiture and it becomes a nice space.

Granted the workmanship is spot on but just don't like decking ever since i slid on some.

been to highcliffe and mudeford a fair bit and i believe it is the stour and avon that run into the harbour there
so an educated guess
