Arite all, im about to do an indoor block work job with alot of the block being laid flat. It is also pointed both sides.

If the wall was to,be 2 skins of 100 mm together to give the same thickness as a block flat, it would onlt need pointing one side an upright block has less pointing per sqm than flat. So its more labour intensive that 2 skins together.

I was wondering what peoples price per square metre is?

Cheers

faster to lay them flat tommo
plus it takes minutes to joint blockwork
me personally i would charge £1 a block and i could earn 2 and a half all day long on runs

Its just with the pointing both sides of the block, thats a twat. An theres more to point in a sqm than upright block.
Its for a company so its taxed aswell! Gutted!

Cheers for the replies
