joint width and depth make a massive difference danny
TBH i find easipoint goes off way too fast in brick work
when we did a chimney at xmas we used easipoint historic mortar
you have a far longer working life (2 hours)
assuming stretcher bond and 10mm joints with 25mm rake out i would say a bag for every 5 metres
cheers LLL

Thanks tone the only reason I'm considering it is because the guy is adamant he wants a white finish its a Victorian house in Brentwood and I tried getting a white colour using snowcrete and lime but to no avail. He has also asked me to lay a tiled Victorian pathway which im looking forward to doing it won't be untill after Xmas but requires estimate now.
Thanks danny.

Why do you want to reprint a wall? Just build it :p

Have a look here: http://www.cement.org/masonry/whitemortar.asp

If you use hydraulic lime mortar you may get pure white
