doing a quote for nhs job just seen this: wait 254 hours before pointing... 10.5 days... then point with semi dry where do they get this stuff from?

Take down 200mm, add 80mm type 1, 50mm bedding layer and 50mm flag. That doesn't quite add up :laugh:

Obviously just come out of architect school and wants to make a name for himself!
Always have a laugh when I see a spec that just isn't practical or just won't work.
