it was a funny day we'd just spent 2 hours looking for the fecking dog after it had chased a sheep and dissapeared

not good as its the mrs dog and today was her birthday.... stress haha but funny was so wet ended up having to jump a 5 foot wide torrent of a stream had to throw thge dog over then jump myself then catch the good lady, funny day

isnt it funny how you have a picture in your minds eye of how people speak before you actually hear them
with giles i expected a booming yorkshire accent ,bit like zak dingle :)
i am on slippery ground here as I hate the sound of my own voice when i hear it,people used to tell me i sounded like ricky butcher off eastenders :(

I was born and bread Manchester I only moved to the white rose for uni

In my head I don't sound like that hehe but was one of those days where you just have to giggle or you'd cry :)

lol are you sure that isn't a pond that has got overgrown with grass/turf?

I reckon that is similar ground as to what swallowed that excavator on the nearby Somerset levels back along.

no was on the edge of a large wood we'd ducked into as the narrow path was flooded then a 30 foot drop to the stream i stepped out first and was like wow wtf haha then got camera out to film the mrs, google floating grass few videos on youtube for it after heavy rain normally on golf courses

We get it quite a lot on our sports field. Drainage is terrible, and runs down to one corner, and we get about 4-5 lumps. We dare each other to drive one of the tractors over one, but as its right in front of the Vice Chancellors office, it never gets done :laugh:
