I'm pricing a job in North London for a garden designer to landscape a front garden of a property. Part of the work involves replacing a drive.
The problem I have is the supporting retaining wall to the lower property is of a poor construction and has moved I'm looking for ideas on how to reinforce the wall short of replacing it. Some sort of ground reinforcement.
Just looking at this stage to come up with alternate ideas that might work, that doesn't break the bank.

The job originally was designed to retain all the retaining walls. So I turns up like the harbinger of doom, pointing out that all the walls are shot and are going to need replacing. So now instead of a shinny new landscaped garden. We are probably looking to blow all the budget on the walls. Until of course someone else comes along with a different idea.
