I need some metal packing shims in various depths tomorrow. These will be used to pack some steel columns of a footing.
Would these need to be galv?

Also anyone know of any of the big merchants stock these?
Where else do you think I may find them? Steel fabricators or the like?

Cheers

Any sheetmetal works will have loads of offcuts you can use.

Yeah, that selection of sizes would be perfect.

I should be able to get hold of some if I go for a drive.

no need for galv'. You will be grouting them up after? Maybe get some steel wedges to for straightening and lining up .
