Suitable materials

Setts and cobbles, tarmac, asphalt, resin systems, concrete whether it's plain, patterned or stencilled, gravels, etc.

I need to put a path in a woodland area, which will be used by wheel chair users. What materials could i use for the path?

I cant use materials which spoil the overall look of the woodland area, i.e. tarmac!

It needs to be cheap.

Self-binding gravel, such as Breedon or Cedec. Not all Disabled groups will accept this as a suitable surface, as bog-standard loose gravel is not suitable for wheelchairs, but properly constructed SBG has been used on similar projects without any major problems.

If SBG is NOT acceptable, then you have to move up to a fully-bound surface and the cost is no longer 'cheap'.
