Need some advice - Slate on concrete

Setts and cobbles, tarmac, asphalt, resin systems, concrete whether it's plain, patterned or stencilled, gravels, etc.

we have a concrete pathway in our garden that is cracked and looks unsightly i would like to know if we can lay a thin layer of blue slate on the exsisting concrete?

You can if you like...... but you will slip and slide all over the place as it will not grip to the concrete, very unsafe MSH :)
