I have a large area of garden which orginally had a cow shed on it, hence the concrete in the picture. Originally I was going to remove the concrete, but everyone is telling me to leave it and put aggregate over it.
I have had the area cleared of bushes etc, and just need some guidance as to what to do. Remove concrete or keep and cover?

Giles are you tying to see if the kids will clear those steps off the slide. James putting aggregate over concrete can be hazardous because it cannot grip the subsurface and has a ballbearing effect. You could pave over it with flags on mortar but don't just cover it with gravel.

haha its the only place it would fit, better than down the slide into the wall haha. it wasn't the one on the plans so we built the area then they bought a different climb frame.

I have a nephew who would have a plank lying over those steps, and his bike on top of that slide, ready for a death-defying descent designed to trigger a panic attack in his over-anxious mother!
