Forgive the ignorance or daftness of this question and I can probably guess the answer, but I would like the experts opinion even so. Apart from the obvious effort involved is there any reason why manual compacting and ramming techniques can't be used over a whacker for relatively small areas on patio construction? ???
It's cheaper than hiring a whacker though and time is on my side!! :p Thanks :;):
