Hello there everyone. My first post so be gentle with me...
I am going to build a bin store in a front garden. I am assuming that I will need to lay a concrete slab under it - how deep should this be? Also do I need to sink the supporting posts at the corners into the concrete, or can I just build it (out of wood) and sit it on top? Any other hints from people who have experience of this will be most gratefully received.
Thanks

Sink the posts attach your wooden formwork to the outside of the posts pour concrete drink beer and leave for a few days. Build your fence on the outer edge of the posts also Leave the form on to protect edge and give better looking finish or remove your choice. Drink more beer and place empties in bin in new bin area simple. Done

best way to form an edge on concrete is to put an angle fillet so that the edge is chamfered that way your edges wont chip away and takes away the sharp corner, or you could use an arris trowel to round the edge off. trowel to :;):
