Ive done that in a tractor once before. You can drive over them a million times and then the ground just swallows you up.

while waiting at temporary traffic lights to get under the M1 where they are widening at junction 8-9 on monsay, i observed a roller driver trying to roll a bank of sand. as i watched, i thought "he's close to the edge of that steep bank." then he couldn't go forward as the roller sank in, then slowly it went sideways, and almost over if it wasn't for the quick thinking digger driver who put his bucket out just in time.
