Hi all,

I have been given the task of forming a procedure for structural concrete testing and reporting..could you fill me in on what the testing variables are...and the acceptance criteria. I know that the slump test has to be passed for the compression test to begin.
Regards

Rashid

A good starting point would be the British Standards websiteBritish Standards

dunno about variables. But hire metal cube moulds, fill em up. pay a firm to do the testing, slump test do on site & report findings. That'll give the struct.eng his info.
Also have a look in the spec for the job, that'll say (should say) exactly whats required.
