I would just like to say a really big thanks to Tony all the guy's who took time out to help with my recent DIY project.

It has been a long build and the lack of a joiner feeling capable of doing the roof meant i had to do that part myself as well.

At least i can now honestly say, " I built that"

Hopefully will get it tiled next week end then i can render and start on the inside.

Here is a piccie so you can see what a crap job ive made
:;): Image

thanks to all

tip
Dont tile around the drainpipe, cut it and let it run onto your new roof,
can no do with the soil stack though.

nice job.

Russ, And everyone else.

please ignore the drain pipe and soil pipe. They are there cause i couldnt be arsed moving them BUT new drains are in place so although they look as if they will be staying in the same position, they wont.

Cant drain the higher roof onto the lower one once complete cause building regs wont allow it hence all new drains in place. tony kindly explained and other helpfull people on this site how to do it..
