I am wishing to build a 300 mm high retaining garden wall using marshalls drivesett tegula walling blocks but cannot find any information to confirm whether these can be laid underground or whether they suffer from spalling due to frost. Can anyone advise? Thanks.

They are fine for use below ground. No spalling or frost-proof issues for you to worry about, you'll be glad to hear. :)
