Hi all.

Has anyone had experience of building a sleeper retaining wall?

Main questions are :- can softwood be used succesfully (longevity) and can tanalised softwood be stained ok?

Cheers
Rob

I have built sleeper retaining walls many a time. The softwood sleepers are generally pressure treated, so should last just as well. Plus, they are not so Heavy.
