Raising water meter housing

Hi,

I need to raise two water meter housings by a couple of inches each.

The first housing is a modern one adjustable for height, so this should be OK.

However, the second is older and fixed. Any ideas?

Remove the cover and re-bed it on mortar and pieces of concrete flagstone or concrete roof-tile.
