Rainwater pipe into extension

Foul and surface water, private drains and public sewers, land drains and soakaways, filter drains and any other ways of getting rid of water.

Hello all,

first time posting on the forum.

I am having a single storey rear extension but am having slight issue with an existing rainwater pipe that runs through my proposed build.

the rainwater gully and downspout is on the boundary of myself and the adjoining neighbours property which then run at about a 60 degree angle joining with a foul waste pipe which runs parallel to the rear of the property.

Rather than lintel over the pipe, is there any other options

Could you move it? Is there a way to put individual rain water pipes?

Do you have a site drawing showing the problem?
