I am looking for some help on a suitable foundation specification for a "marshalls" dished channel. Information provided by the manufacture is not suitable. The location of the channel is in a heavily trafficked area. The channel and its hunching were constructed 3 years ago with a C20 concrete. The problem now is that some of the channel have started to crack and the foundation is starting to break up and grubble away. Can anyone suggest a suitable foundation that’s robust enough for traffic loads. The construction make up was per the standard typical detial from Marshalls however this is just not suitable.

A piccy would be good, what is both sides of the channel? a 150mm bed of c35 concrete should be good for that type of channel MSH :)
