Help please. I am in the process of installing a slate patio. as shown on first pic. blue line is approx position of new patio. I would also like a step at the patio doors

The area dug up on the right was a concrete slab that was cracked and sunk. the yellow line depicts the old low point. water used to pool and then seep through the crack.

The bathroom and kitchen drain on the far right, and rain water drain on the left are both broken and need to be replaced. I have added photos showing these drains and where they go (as far as I have dug down so far).

The brick building to the right is the old coal shed which is attached to the house via a party wall.

I am unsure how to slope the new patio so as not to pool at the house, party wall or brick shed. The ground is heavy clay and the grass next to the existing slabs gets sodden every time it rain heavily.

Do I need a slot drain towards the existing rainwater gully? Do I need multiple fall directions?

I'm guessing I will need to replace the broken drains with new hoppers/gully's with traps and pipe with rubber adapters to join at the vertical portions?

thanks so much for your help.

Images show new patio layout with a few labels, kitchen/bathroom waste drain, and rain water drain.
