Any experience - cellular systems+gravel?

Setts and cobbles, tarmac, asphalt, resin systems, concrete whether it's plain, patterned or stencilled, gravels, etc.

Not too many people talking about cellular systems in the forum, but hope someone can help me with their experience...

I have the classic problem with my gravel driveway - its too deep and the car sinks into it.

My plan is to dig all the decorative gravel out (this will be a few tonnes judging by the sinking as its a 50m2 drive), replace with MOT, compact, then put about 35mm dec. gravel back in, then quick run with compactor over this.

I have been thinking about also using a cellular system, as its a sure way of preventing any gravel movement.

I have made a few enquiries and been quoted about £14/m2.
Over 50m2 thats a huge extra cost.

Does anyone know if this is a reasonable/average price?
Or can anyone recommend a good, reliable, cost effective supplier in north west?

from what I remember reading on here in previous posts, the consensus was that it was no good, espeically when considering the price, it ends up showing through the gravel and does really stop drifting. The method you have described is the best bet for making the best of a gravel drive.
