I have a situation where when heavy rain falls, water level builds quick and the water does not have the time to escape from under the house.
between the garage and the driveway there is a gap of 2 mm and the water finds its way there and go to the street.

seldom but annoying, that gap is not enough and water level comes into the house: just about to be 10 gallons.

I was thinking to drill a hole close to the garage on the driveway and put some type of pipe that will drive the water out.

Any ideas are appreciated, but think as low budget and not massive labor.

Photo's would help us a lot. Sounds like you will need a channel in front of garage, or threshold drainage...look here

Would offer advice if, like above, I could see any pictures of the issue.
