No chance, sorry.
If you are using something totally smooth you may get away with 100:1 which would be 40mm But you would need to install it pretty perfectly.
For a diyer 80:1 is about the minimum i would recommend.
If you can live with bits pooling here and there then your 200:1 is possible but you'll end up with a poor result with dirty weathered patches where the water pools in corners etc.
Definately not recommended.
