Laying channel drain level???

Foul and surface water, private drains and public sewers, land drains and soakaways, filter drains and any other ways of getting rid of water.

I have a patio area to the rear of my house that I want to start 150mm below my dpc and then fall away from the house at 1/40. The patio falls towards a raised lawn supported by a small sleeper retaining wall, so water will collect here. I want to lay a linear drain here to deal with the water but don't want to add a cross fall to my patio, can I lay the channel drain level? I know you can get the drains with the fall built in but I am struggling to find these for domestic use. Any suggestions?

Yes you can lay it level for a small domestic patio, the water will drain to the lowest point.
